The Judge Advocate General's Department celebrated the 2nd Re-union on 24th September, 2005. The Army Postal Service commemorated the occasion by issuing a special cover, special cancellation and a brochure.
The Departmental insignia with inscription in Sanskrit न्याय एवं धर्म: - "nyāya evam dharmaḥ" was designed to symbolize the oneness with the rest of the Army with red colour background and a shining white bayonet in the centre.
